HOW TO TALK IN SAFE CHAT SERVERS: (UPDATED: Because of the recent updates to clubpenguin this awesome glitch does not work anymore. It is on this site because it was an awesome glitch.)
STEP 1:Go to an ultimate safe chat server.
STEP 2:Press the question mark on your chatbox.
STEP 3:Uncheck the safe chat box.
STEP 4:All you need to do now is go to another room on that server and then you will be able to talk.
